Internal client terms

Use and scope

The client is an internal editorial research tool for Detrás del Botón, and its sole user is the owner. No public analytics service is offered. These terms do not grant permission to publish, transfer or remove data or resolve the outstanding material conditions of operation.

YouTube terms

The client uses YouTube API Services. By using this client, its users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Acceptance of these terms does not replace any specific authorization YouTube may require or establish that the intended use is admissible.

Privacy and access

Before accessing the client’s functions, the owner must have accepted the applicable version of its privacy policy, which must remain accessible during use. Opening this proposal, saving a file, running tests or possessing credentials does not constitute acceptance.

The control is manual: before each authorized operation, check the acceptance receipt against the current versions and hashes. If acceptance is missing or refers to a different version, do not start the operation. Publishing a website, verifying a brand mailbox or implementing middleware is not required for this local act. The owner’s acceptance is recorded and does not lift the client’s pause.

Limits of the functions

The client's own judgments and calculations are its outputs, not official YouTube statements or metrics. Their admissibility is under review. Users must not include credentials in content, bypass access or retention controls, or use acceptance to lift the pause. No granted OAuth permissions are claimed.

Contact and versions

The intended brand contact is contacto@detrasdelboton.com. Receipt confirmed on 20 September 2026. Handling of requests and replies from the brand address remain unverified. The owner records acceptance and decisions locally. A material change requires review and acceptance of the applicable version before the affected functions are used.
